How to Submit
CORALS’ Insights and Review – Policies, Pricing, and Process
Overview
C’IR is an editor-reviewed, practitioner-focused journal designed for fast, credible publishing of applied insights, models, narratives, and tools. Submissions are evaluated using a structured rubric emphasizing clarity, originality, and relevance to professional practice.
Submission Process
Authors should use the C’IR Submission Template to prepare manuscripts, following APA 7th edition formatting. Manuscripts must not exceed 10 pages unless otherwise arranged.
Submissions may be uploaded via the portal. Editorial review is typically completed within 2 to 4 weeks. Accepted authors will receive formatted proof and invoice for the publication fee. If declined, constructive feedback may be provided if the paper meets general scope and formatting expectations. See our Editorial Review page for information on our review process and editorial team.
Once payment is received, the paper is published on our platform and assigned a static URL or if requested, a DOI (to come - under CrossRef rules - we must have at least three articles published before requesting DOI status).
Pricing
· $75 flat fee per accepted submission (includes static URL, layout, and hosting).
· No fee to submit or undergo review.
· For manuscripts exceeding 10 pages, an additional charge of $3 per page applies.
· Discounted rates may be available for multiple accepted submissions from the same author or institution.
· Editing options through CORALS LLC (our parent company) are available. You can request a quote by emailing coralsllc@gmail.com
Content and Citation Policy
We accept original work only. Submissions must not contain:
· Plagiarized material or unverifiable citations
· Content that promotes discrimination, unethical conduct, or misinformation
· AI-generated material presented without disclosure or that makes-up more than 10% of the total article
· Copyrighted material reused without permission
If AI-generated content is included, authors must:
· Clearly disclose and identify its use (no more than 10%)
· Cite sources per APA 7th edition guidance for generative AI
All references must be real, published, and traceable through academic or public repositories. Authors must sign a disclosure verifying originality, authorship, proper attribution, and full legal responsibility for the submitted content. Note that articles written based on content in a dissertation, thesis, or capstone material are considered original work if you authored the dissertation, thesis, or capstone (even if it was published). The 10-page rule will apply so a consolidated and revised version will be needed. Our 10-pages = 20 double-spaced pages.
